The dashboard we watch is the one you can see.
This is our CMO status board, the same read-only view we check before deciding what the workforce does next. It is not a demo built for this page. Every card reads straight from the research files our own agents write, on the same schedule the operator checks them.

What you are looking at
The dashboard has no chat, no run queue and no approval flow. Every decision still happens in a session with a human. The board only shows what the workforce already wrote to disk, re-read on every visit.
Key performance flags
GEO citation rate by engine, brand mention rate, and how fresh the specification and strategy documents are, each checked against the same target file the strategy team reads.
Artifact status
One card per role: GEO audit, brand kit, content radar, website proof ledger, CMO briefings. Each shows what it last produced and when, with a drill-down into the underlying detail.
Latest CMO briefing
The newest briefing the CMO skill wrote, parsed from the file itself rather than summarized by a model on the way in.
A sync, not a database
The board holds a rebuildable projection of the files in this repository. Delete it and re-run the sync, and it comes back identical.
Why it looks sparse right now
We did not stage this screenshot. Most cards read 'no artifact yet' because we are early: the research sweeps, the audits and the briefings that fill them in happen on a cadence, not on a timer, and we have not run every one yet. A dashboard that only ever shows finished, polished numbers is a dashboard someone curated for you. This one is not.
